Farsight Med is a B2B medical procurement platform based in Lusail, Doha, Qatar. We operate farsightmed.com and related digital channels that connect hospitals, clinics and care networks with vetted US and European medical supply partners.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information and facility-related information processed in connection with our website, enquiries, facility accounts, quotes and order coordination. It is intended for institutional users, not individual consumers shopping for personal medical supplies.

Facility administrators may also ask us to update organisational contacts or deactivate users on their account. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.
8. International transfers
Farsight Med is based in Doha. Information may be processed in Qatar and, where necessary for fulfilment or IT infrastructure, in other countries including those where our US and European supply partners or service providers operate. We take steps appropriate to the context to protect information when it is transferred.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes awareness of the revised policy. Material changes affecting active facility accounts may also be communicated through your account contact.
