1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing farsightmed.com (or any related Farsight Med digital channel), requesting a facility account, browsing the catalogue, or submitting an enquiry or order request, you agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services. Farsight Med is a B2B medical procurement platform operated from Doha, Qatar. Our services are intended for institutional buyers, not individual consumers.
2. Facility accounts
Account access is granted at our discretion to hospitals, clinics, care networks and related procurement teams. You must provide accurate facility and contact information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for credentials issued to your organisation and for activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or need to remove a user.
- We may suspend or terminate access if information is misleading, if terms are breached, or if required for security or compliance reasons.
3. Catalogue & pricing
Product listings, specifications, imagery and catalogue prices (shown in QAR where applicable) are provided for planning and enquiry purposes. They do not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed in a formal quote or purchase agreement.
Availability, lead times, regulatory documentation and pricing may change. We aim to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every listing is complete or free from error at all times. Confirm critical requirements with our Doha team before relying on catalogue content for clinical or procurement decisions.
4. Quotes, orders & fulfilment
Submitting an enquiry, cart request or quote request does not create a binding purchase until Farsight Med confirms acceptance in writing (for example via quote, purchase order acknowledgement or invoice arrangement agreed with your facility).
- Delivery timelines depend on product type, stock, destination and customs or partner logistics.
- Fulfilment is coordinated from Doha across Qatar and the wider GCC where we support delivery.
- Invoicing, payment terms and returns processes for institutional accounts are agreed separately with your facility.
5. Products & clinical use
Farsight Med connects facilities with equipment and consumables from vetted US and European manufacturers and distributors. We are not the manufacturer of listed products unless expressly stated.
Clinical selection, suitability for use, training and compliance with local regulations remain the responsibility of the purchasing facility and its qualified clinical staff. Always review manufacturer documentation and follow applicable clinical and regulatory requirements.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services, including by:
- Attempting unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data
- Scraping, copying or redistributing catalogue content at scale without permission
- Using the platform for consumer resale, fraud or unlawful purposes
- Interfering with site security, performance or other users’ access
7. Intellectual property
The Farsight Med name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by Farsight Med or its licensors. Product names, marks and materials belonging to supply partners remain their property. You may not use our branding or reproduce site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and catalogue are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Farsight Med disclaims warranties not expressly agreed in a signed commercial contract with your organisation.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting active facility accounts may also be communicated through your account contact.
