Description / Overview

Generates first-strand cDNA for two-step RT-qPCR. Two-tube format: 5X VILO Reaction Mix (200µL) + 10X SuperScript III Enzyme Blend (100µL — SuperScript III RT, RNaseOUT ribonuclease inhibitor, proprietary helper protein). Provides high-temperature capability of SuperScript III RT (active at 42°C) for wide range of input RNA amounts. Each RT reaction needs 10ng DNase-treated total RNA (≥1.43 ng/µL); upper RNA limit 2.5µg.
